I was expecting more of kick and tingle to be honest. Taste is ok but I’ve had better all round. I do understand that these products nowadays are regulated to what can be put in.

Best pre workout iv taken in a long time or probably ever its up there either way, working long hours in a job and being drained before training it isn't anything new to take pre. But with adhd most wont work the way ya want them too, you might not be get what you want from the training session. This one i could keep my focus, train hard and not the get a huge crash after. Definitely recommend it and will definitely buy again.
